Area Culligan Dealership Acquires Patim Springs Bottled Water
Western Kentucky-based Culligan Water Consulting announces its acquisition of Patim Springs Bottled Water effective Monday, January 10, 2011.
Terms of the transaction include all Patim Springs Bottled Water accounts.
“When we looked at Patim Springs, we saw a great customer base, a strong operation and a great opportunity,” says Lucas Chesnut, owner and manager of Culligan Water Consulting. “This is a strategic step to strengthen our own business and brand while remaining true to the standards set forth by Patim.”
Patim Springs’ service area of Warren, Logan, Todd and Christian Counties in Kentucky as well as Montgomery County in Tennessee will bolster Culligan’s presence in the area, which currently operates in western Kentucky and northern Tennessee. Additionally, while Patim Springs specialized in drinking water, customers are encouraged to explore other services provided by Culligan Water Consulting such as water softening, online ordering and appointment setting, as well as any commercial water treatment needs.
Chesnut adds new customers can rest assured they will be taken care of by a company with over 24 years of experience with the area’s water issues.
